Company’s etiquette and rules. Good morning. I want to tell about rules in my company. First, let’s tell about costumer care. All our employers must end their work in certain term with maximum quality. You can make your own working hours. So, the Employer has to work one hour in day. If manager won’t see good result of his work, employer is dismissed. Our salary is high, that’s why our staff afraid to lose place in company. Three our main rules to costumer: 1. The costumer must be always glad. 2. Be polite with costumer. 3. Don’t promise to customer impossible things Now, some words about your appearance. You don’t have to be in suit. You don’t have to be with facial hair. You must just be tidy. Remember, your appearance is your problem. We’re just interested in good results of your work. And last about office rules. You are allowed to work at home. You aren’t allowed to make a personal calls. You aren’t allowed to be in office, if you don’t work. You aren’t allowed to bring food or drink in office. You mustn’t smoke. There is a smoking room for smokers. You don’t have to disturb staff. If you have some questions, ask it to our consultant. Remember, all that is not forbidden - it is authorized.
